Old T’s rolled back the clock to last season (for a sparkling, fleeting 20 minutes at least) to see off a well reinforced Abersychan Alexanders.
Sparked off by skipper Baz busting through tackles at will and Morgan’s dancing feet, the T’s scored four cracking first half tries through Morgan, Ricky, magic footed Glen and Baz himself.
A retreat to passive scrums cost the contest intensity, however T’s never looked like relinquishing the lead despite only scoring a second half penalty, with the last kick.
